🐾 Matting Fee If your pet’s coat is matted, extra time and care are required to gently detangle and remove mats to keep their skin healthy and comfortable. An additional $10 per hour will be added to the standard hourly rate for all matted pets This fee helps cover the extra time and specialized attention needed We always work carefully and patiently to minimize discomfort
